Police Release Photo of Bank Robbery Suspect

Riverside, Ca-  On Friday October 1, 2004 at 9:10 a.m. an unidentified man entered the Wells Fargo Bank located at 3750 University Avenue in Riverside. He waited in line as if he was a customer. When he contacted the teller, he handed her a note and demanded money. The teller complied and gave him an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect fled on foot heading Northbound on Main Street from University Avenue.

Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect. He was described as a Hispanic male between 35 and 40 years old with a moustache. He was approximately 5’-09” tall, weighed about 200 pounds. He was wearing a gray and black Raiders hat and black sunglasses. He wore a long black leather coat, blue shirt, blue jeans, and black shoes.
