Magnolia Ave Weekend Road Closure - July 10th & 11th

Magnolia Avenue will be closed between Elizabeth Street and Merrill Avenue in both directions beginning Saturday, July 10, 2010 at 5:00 a.m. The road is expected to be reopened on Sunday, July 11, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. Southbound traffic will be detoured to Jurupa Avenue and northbound traffic will be detoured via Beatty Avenue. Free sprinkler nozzles available July 1

Free water-saving sprinkler nozzles will be available to Riverside water customers starting tomorrow. The Toro Precision Series Spray Nozzle can cut water usage for landscapes by up to 20 percent using new technology that allows the water to be more efficiently distributed. Developed by Toro at their headquarters in Riverside, this device is free only to Riverside Public Utilities water customers or Western Municipal Water District customers
