Live outside of the area and looking for a local obituary?

There are two options for placing an obituary request.
Option 1) Contact the "Geneology Society of Riverside"(GSOR). Place your request through GSOR's webiste at www.gsor.org, or place a request by mail. An obituary request through GSOR will cost 25 dollars. For mail requests, address your letter to:

The letter must include the name of the deceased, date of their death and the telephone number of the person requesting the information. An obituary request through GSOR will cost 25 dollars.
Option 2) Ask your local library to initiate an Interlibrary Loan request to borrow the microfilm of the Riverside Press-Enterprise from the California State Library in Sacramento, California.
