Housing Authority

Rehabilitation Programs
The City of Riverside's Housing Rehabilitation Program helps low and moderate
income households rehabilitate their homes. Low interest loans and a limited number of grants are
available to help finance housing repairs for income eligible homeowners.
- Rehabilitation Loans:
These loans provide up to $50,000 for rehabilitation. They are available at 3% simple interest and are repayable over 30 years. A Deed of Trust is used to secure the loan (as a lien on the property). - Senior and Disability Grants:
Grants up to $8,000 for mobile homes and $5,000 for single-family residences are available to seniors and persons with disabilities to make necessary housing repairs or modifications that allow disabled access.
These programs may be available to you if you live in the City of Riverside, own and live in your home, and your household income is less than 80% of the County's Median Income
